Return & Refunds vary from product line to product line. If you change your mind, you may be eligible to return your items but subject to a prior notice to York.
If you do wish to return your order, or just certain items from it, please contact us on our sales line, email or website in the contact us page. Be sure to provide the following details:

• Your Invoice/Order Number
• Item code
• Contact Name
• Company Name (if applicable)
• Contact phone number
On receipt of your request, a York sales representative will get in touch with you.

Fabric & Wall Covering Returns

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a return:
• Return requests if any, should be notified to us within three days from the date of invoice due to reusability constraints of the fabric and wall covering products, i.e. because each and every order is cut and prepared to a customized requirement.
• Any product(s) that have been cut, resized, stitched, damaged or otherwise altered will not be accepted for return.
• All returns are subject to physical verification.
• Your returns and credit notes will be subject to return charges, shipping charges and usability and reusability of the product.
• Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected.

Ready-made (cushions) Product Returns

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
• Return requests if any, should be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.
• Items returned must be in new and unused condition in the original packaging. Any product(s) that have been damaged or otherwise altered will not be accepted for return.
• All returns are subject to physical verification.
• Your returns and credit notes will be subject to return charges, shipping charges and usability and reusability of the product.
• Any product(s) returned without original documentation will be rejected.
